Localized language-server documentation

Updated completion, hover, and signature help to use localized documentation data. Separated documentation and compilation languages, added editor-locale selection, English fallback, and localization tests.

Following maintainer feedback, I replaced generated-document postprocessing with localization in the source data model.

A Korean corpus for line-layout validation

Proposed Korean validation text with fixed-width source wrapping removed. The maintainer preserved the existing corpus and added the proposed material as a second Korean corpus, crediting me as a co-author in the implementation commit.
